Staying in Phoenix
Phoenix is the 5th largest city in America with so many beautiful sprawling resorts. We want to recommend at least a dozen of them! the only downside of throwing our wedding during the gorgeous Arizona winter – is that the hotel room rates are twice as expensive. We’ve linked to several options you can choose from below. We also have many friends and family members who live locally, who can host you. Please reach out and let us know and we will set you up!
This is Aimee’s favorite local staycation hotel. She loves its retro-modern miami-chic design and that it is fronted by coffee cartel, changing hands bookstore, and a great restaurant. rise uptown also gives you 2 free popciles at check-in (from their popsicle bar) and provides you with records to play on your personal in-room record player. what’s not to love? It is about 4 miles and a 15 minute drive from the Biltmore.
The ALoft is always an affordable and comfortable option. There are several locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix. This one is near the airport, 9 miles – a 20 minute drive from the Biltmore.
The best deals we have come across for early February accommodations have been on AirBnb. This is a solid option – especially if you plan to stay with a group of people. We found several rentals, within 2 or 3 miles of the Biltmore with large rooms, luxe pools, great design, and good reviews!
The Arizona Biltmore was built in 1929 and is know for its architectural style, storied history, topped off with a generous splash of old Hollywood glamour. The going rates for february (high-season) are quite expensive, so we’ve reserved a block of room at a significant discount. Please reach out to either of us if you are interested in this option. alternately, if you book with the Biltmore directly – you will get a 20% discount off the going rate – by indicating you are attending the aguirre wedding.
